This here is one of my foremost favorite salad treats. If your taste buds are even remotely excited about celery or raisins, you’re almost bound to love this tasty lollo rosso, celery & raisin salad recipe. Add in the mildly nutty flavor of macadamia nut oil, and we have a sure winner. Enjoy!
Required equipment for this recipe:
- Kitchen knife
- Cutting board
- Large salad bowl
- Utensils to mix ingredients
- 1 head lollo rosso lettuce chopped
- ~10 stalks celery chopped
- 2 Italian sweet peppers chopped (keep a few rings for garnish)
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 3 tablespoons macadamia nut oil
- natural salt to taste

Get ingredients ready for preparation and use.

Add chopped lollo rosso lettuce, celery, Italian sweet pepper and garlic to your salad bowl.

Pour in the macadamia nut oil, then mix and massage contents with your hands.

Now add in the raisins and mix contents with utensils.

Done! Not difficult, huh? Your salad is ready for serving.
