- 2 nectarines pitted and sliced
- 2 cups green grapes
-
Get ingredients ready for preparation and use.
-
In your blender, pour in coconut water and add baby spinach. Blend contents until the spinach has been broken into tiny pieces (or liquefied if using a powerful blender).
-
Now add grapes and sliced nectarines, blend thoroughly, and serve.
As always, try as best you can to procure and use organic ingredients. Make sure to rinse and clean your produce properly before use.
If possible, please choose seeded grapes (and seeded fruit in general) over their inferior seedless counterparts. You may optionally cut out the seeds.
If you want a chilled smoothie, feel free to either add some ice cubes or freeze one of the ingredients (like the peaches or grapes) before use.
