1.) Dehydration
Keep yourself hydrated with fresh mineral water or freshly juiced fruit and vegetable juices.
2.) Overexertion
During a healing crisis, try to conserve your energy.
3.) Too many pesticides
Causes shortness of breath and “hypo” conditions of the endocrine gland system and nervous system.
4.) Pushing it too far
If you need to slow down or stop the cleansing process, start eating cooked (dead) foods. This will lower the body’s systemic energy and it will stop cleansing and healing itself.
5.) [Pertaining to] fevers
Fevers above 103° Fahrenheit in adults and children should be controlled by cool baths and the like.
Note: Children naturally can have high fevers, especially around 104° and 105°. The same thing applies: Keep the child cooled down with cold washcloths and cool baths. There’s a fine line between “controlling” the body and “allowing” the body to heal and clean itself.
6.) Impatience
As stated earlier, when you start energizing and alkalizing your body, it will start to clean itself out. Always remember that the body is doing this cleansing. You can use herbal formulas to increase the cleaning action of congested lymphatic systems; to kill parasites; and to enhance the function of your organs and glands. However, your body has its own pace and rhythm of healing and cleansing itself. Be patient!
