Banana, Curly Kale & Mixed Berry Smoothie

  • 5 bananas
  • 2 cups curly kale de-stemmed (and optionally chopped)
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 2-4 ice cubes


  1. Get ingredients ready for preparation and use.

  2. In a high speed blender, add bananas, de-stemmed kale, mixed berries, coconut oil, ice cubes, and water.

  3. Blend until contents have been liquefied and desired consistency reached.

  4. Your smoothie is ready for serving!
